Hand turned bird house/decoration/yard art.  This bird house is designed to brighten up your garden while providing a home for your feathered friends.  I made it on my wood lathe from oak and lack walnut.  The birdhouse is finished with 4 coats of spar polyurethane for excellent outdoor protection.  The top can be removed for clean-out by simply removing two screws.  It is attached by sliding the slotted hangar onto a screw (not provided) that you insert into your mounting location.  This makes it easy to remove at the end of the season for winter storage for you (us) Northerner's.
 
The birdhouse is approximately 19" tall by 5" diameter.
