Remember your loved one with this hand crafted artisan Cremation Urn. This Urn was made personally by me from locally harvested walnut wood in my workshop in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  I carefully and lovingly craft these urns one at a time, so each one is unique.   The urn is made up with a solid walnut base, 11 rings consisting of 12 hand cut walnut segments and a solid walnut lid.  Each urn that I make features the color, grain, and character of the wood used; I never use stains or dyes.   
The urn is 10" tall (including the lid), 7"in middle diameter, 5" base diameter and holds up to approximately 200 cubic inches of ashes.  The urn is sealed with a solid bronze threaded insert so that the screw-on lid that can be opened or closed as needed .   It is finished with an abrasive paste to achieve a very smooth finish then sprayed with 10 coats of gloss lacquer.  The inside is finished with 3 coats of shellac to seal the wood.  This urn is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
